Great pix, phekthong - especially like the one with the whole family!

Boys must be having a whale of a time, with lots of stories to tell their friends : )

And you can experience the US elections too!

Where to next, after the desert area?

Your pics of the Grand Canyon are awesome, especially the sunset from Yakki Point. And I agree the Grand Canyon won't be here forever, but I respectfully disagree that might take a "few million years time." The Canyon was formed just 4500 years ago following the global catastrophe known as Noah's flood. What can formed so relatively few years ago can also disappear in a few thousand years rather athan millions.

For some other great facts about the Canyon, check out the True North Series books, "Your Guide to the Grand Canyon." Written by a couple of geologists, a meteorologist and a tour guide. Less than 12 bucks on amazon.com, or cheaper used.

If Torrey is where they got the inspiration for the landscape for "Cars", are you on Route 66? Oh, btw, thanks for the Tee.
Eh, where is inspiration for Radiator Springs? (aka Radiation Stinks!) Take lotsa pics here, okay?

Some questions for you :

1. So, how's "Jellystone" park? Met Yogi and the gang yet?

2. The geyser, do they really call it "ole faithful"?

3. You've seen the coyote, how about the road runner?

Lovely pics. Wish I were there too! Keep 'em coming.

Yeah, it was a really interesting place. Sometimes it's nice to go to these smaller towns and discover some things.
